Over the course of his career Dean has led numerous GIS projects for private and public sector clients and he currently teaches advanced GIS to military staff at Algonquin College.  Dean joined NOTRA in 2009 to coordinate the development of a comprehensive GIS capability to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
