Fran Prieur

Fran is a Contract and Human Resource Administrator with NOTRA.

Fran joined the company in 1998 and has developed an in-depth understanding of the business through hands on experience and training. Fran is actively involved with the production of proposals, client and consultant liaison, personnel HR issues and the day-to-day interface with NOTRA employees.

Prior to joining NOTRA, Fran spent ten years as a Teletype Technician in the Canadian Armed Forces.
