NOTRA offers competitive industry wages and the opportunity to work with us as the Department of National Defence’s primary contractor to conduct Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) risk management, risk mitigation and site characterization activities at legacy sites and other property owned by the Department of National Defence within Canada.

Current Opportunities

 

  • Responsible to the NOTRA Project Manager to provide overall management of the field team and act as liaison between the NOTRA and DND.

  • Responsible to the UXO Project Leader to provide on-site management and coordination.

  • Responsible to the UXO Project Leader for UXO and explosive safety and training.

  • Responsible to NOTRA Project Manager to provide Quality Control services for all related site activities.

  • Responsible to the UXO Field Supervisor for the supervision of range clearance/UXO activities teams.

  • Responsible to the UXO Technician Supervisor to provide a UXO search capability and escort non-UXO/EOD qualified personnel.

  • Responsible to the UXO Technician
